As an entrepreneur, CEO Karl Steiner has remained a creative developer to this day. Together with customers and employees, he passionately searches for complex technical solutions and is always seeking new challenges. He is also a live wire in his personal life. He loves anything to do with technology and cars, and likes to travel and take long hikes.

Valerie Steiner likes contrasts. As Head of Accounting and Human Resources, she skilfully masters the balancing act between dry figures – which require uncompromising accuracy – and the needs and concerns of the staff. Her leisure time is equally rich in contrast. Whether travelling or on horseback it's always an adventure, whereas when reading for pleasure the thrills are provided by the words on the page.

As Head of Technology, Michael Steiner gets to the bottom of complex associations and creates synergies and automation solutions with passion, in order to make the manufacture of SKS products even more efficient. He also expresses this passion in his personal life when restoring classic cars. His favourite way to spend his leisure time is with his kids Elin and Nick and their mum Simone.

Diversity makes the difference. As Head of the Communication and Marketing as well as Sales series production department, Lilian Steiner values the creativity of her job just as much as the direct contact with people and the ever-changing challenges. She also likes diversity in her leisure time. Whether it be reading, cooking, sewing, tennis or meeting friends, Lilian Steiner enjoys variety.

New projects are his speciality. As the Operational Manager, Christoph Weber enjoys actively shaping processes and manufacturing methods, and is always tackling new challenges. In his personal life he is politically-minded and active in the community, and he burns off energy doing sports in the countryside. On the other hand, he enjoys some peace and quiet as a passionate theatre- and concert-goer.

The manufacture of plastic parts is a team sport. As a design engineer, Günter Lassnig experiences this every day in the interaction between workshop and production when technical solutions are needed. This is no problem for him as a sporty team player – after all, in his leisure time he also provides perfect passes on the volleyball court and burns off energy on his mountain bike.

Always keeping track of everything. As a scheduler, Paul Hofmann resolves all scheduling conflicts whenever possible and is the interface for all departments, internally and externally on the customer side. In hectic situations his hobbies help him, because as a footballer and tennis player he is used to quick ball handling and likes to shift into a higher gear on his bike.

Jasmina Ristic is motivated to get the best out of existing resources. She’s in her element when it comes to planning and organising orders and has everything under control, from details to the big picture. She is also fascinated by nature and loves the details. In her free time, Jasmina Ristic prefers to be out in the countryside – no matter whether at hiking, running or walking.

As Head of Purchasing, Markus Baumann ensures that everything runs smoothly, from contact with suppliers to price negotiations, through to components and sales. He appreciates the versatility of his Job as well as the daily contact with suppliers and employees. Outside of work, he is an active team player, too. He enjoys travel, sport and cars.

As a determined fighter and clerk with a pronounced sense of justice Doris Köppel is committed to ensuring that the daily operation runs smoothly and the team holds together.
When travelling, the dog friend likes to read a thriller.

Rüdiger Grings is a technology and plastics fan, wherever precise work is required, but also loves the wild and crazy. That is when known solutions no longer lead the way and lateral thinking is required. In such situations our technical sales manager is at his top form - similar to his mountain bike tours. Further hobbies of the four times father are motorcycling and travelling.

Technology and people: Both belong to the job of Urs Dürst, and he loves exactly this combination. The project manager is responsible for parts production and technical work and appreciates the contact with customers and employees.
Urs Dürst has a family with three children and is active in his spare time - with ice skates and hockey stick, the bike, the ski or in the gymnastics club.

A good relationship between the company and its employees is extremely important for both sides - and for Yvonne Oldani as a Human Resources Specialist it is an extremely interesting and varied field of activity. For her is no day like the other, she never knows exactly what to expect. That makes the job exciting. She finds the balancing relaxation outside in nature, while biking, hiking or walking.
